We collect information you provide when registering: restaurant name, email address, password (hashed), owner details, and business information. We also collect menu content (items, images, 3D models) you upload. Usage data such as page views, menu visits, and analytics are automatically collected.
We use your information to provide and operate the Vizara service, send transactional emails (invoices, password resets, verification), display your menu to customers, generate QR codes and AR experiences, provide analytics, and improve the platform.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with trusted service providers who assist in operating our platform (SMTP providers, hosting services). Your public menu data (restaurant name, menu items) is visible to anyone with your menu URL as intended by the service.
We implement industry-standard security measures including password hashing (bcrypt), HTTPS encryption, and access controls. However, no method of internet transmission is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password.
Vizara uses session cookies for authentication via NextAuth.js. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Analytics data (menu views) is stored in our database and shown only to you and our admin team.
We retain your account data while your account is active. Upon account termination, we may retain anonymized analytics data. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support@vizara.app.
You have the right to access your personal data, correct inaccurate information, request deletion of your data, and export your menu data. Contact us at support@vizara.app to exercise these rights.
Vizara is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
