By accessing or using Vizara (operated by Hoornexa AI Tech Corporation, Pakistan), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.
Vizara is a SaaS platform that provides restaurants and food businesses with digital AR (Augmented Reality) menus, QR code generation, analytics, and related tools. We offer multiple subscription plans with varying features.
To use Vizara, you must register an account with a valid email address and accurate business information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Vizara offers a free trial period as specified on our pricing page. After the trial ends, continued use requires a paid subscription. Plans are billed monthly. Failure to pay may result in account suspension. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
You agree not to use Vizara to upload illegal content, infringe intellectual property rights, send spam, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or engage in any activity that disrupts our service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
You retain ownership of all content (menus, images, 3D models) you upload to Vizara. By uploading content, you grant Vizara a limited license to display and deliver that content as part of the service. We do not claim ownership of your business data.
Your use of Vizara is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process your data as described therein to provide and improve the service.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions. We may perform maintenance with or without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hoornexa AI Tech Corporation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Vizara. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 3 months.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease. We may retain anonymized data for analytics purposes. You may export your data before termination.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pakistan.
